Registration Procedure and Key Dates

The registration process consists of two steps: Application and Payment

1. Application

To register your interest, you will need to complete an application form and provide a short motivation outlining your interest in attending Momentum.

2. Review Process

All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and high-level group of participants. You can expect to receive a response within 6 weeks of submitting your application.

3. Confirmation and Payment

If your application is accepted, you will receive further instructions on how to complete your registration and proceed with payment.


What is included in the registration?

Momentum is designed as a high-level learning and exchange platform. Participants will receive an official certificate of attendance.

Registration includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions and the full three-day programme
  • Lunches and coffee breaks throughout the conference
  • A conference dinner on 15 October at Artipelag
  • Access to conference materials and the digital platform
  • Opportunities to participate in curated networking sessions and facilitated discussions
  • Invitation to selected networking events and social functions
  • Access to selected sessions on-demand via the conference platform after the event
  • Access to the full list of participants and networking tools on the digital platform

Additional opportunities:

  • Possibility to register for optional side events or workshops (subject to availability)
  • Opportunities to engage in programme elements such as interactive sessions or spotlight formats (where applicable).

Registration conditions, cancellation and refund policy

Any cancellation or change to your registration must be communicated in writing via email to the Momentum registration team at momentum2026@cancerfonden.se 
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the conference and are subject to the following conditions:

Conference ticket cancellations received before 31 August 2026:
Refunds will be issued according to applicable cancellation terms.

Hotel night cancellations received before 14 August 2026:

Refunds will be issued according to applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellations received after these dates:

No refund will be issued.

Name changes will be accepted until 14 September 2026.

Insurance and Liability:
Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate travel and health insurance. The organisers are not responsible for any personal medical expenses, travel disruptions, or costs related to cancellations, including transport or accommodation.
